These vintage kits have an attraction all of their own. You could go to town on this, scribing the panel lines and using a riveting tool. Or build it as is, as a tribute to its age and time period. Either way it will be a nice model.
Monogram was the king of scale models at the time. Alas, they are no more. Bought that kit in 1978. Monogram also released their B-25, C-47, and F-5E that year.
I remember building this kit when I was a kid. It was one of my favorites. Now we have the ICM kit, which is almost perfect. I say "almost" because for some inexplicable reason, ICM forgot to include the two square windows that go behind the bomb bay. But given that it's only a minor flaw, I'm buying it anyway.

This is so 70's!! The standing airman at 2:27 even has a cigarette in his right hand!
Have this in my stash, thanks for the review
Where can I get this kit? Was it reissued?
Hello, I have a question. Is this a Revell reissue or is it from your collection?

Why is your entire setup just blatantly ripping off SMA and Plasmo? And not even well?
What? I am SMA! Check out the info.
