For the first time since this game came out, there’s finally a playthrough with the good ending. Congratulations and thanks for sacrificing your sanity to show the world the pain this game brings👏
I'm so happy to now have this game in my collection. One of the hardest cartridges to get a hold onto. Nobody had it here in Germany, but a few days ago one cart showed up and I got it🥳
Logo: On a black background, we see a blue rectangular box with a light-blue part on the bottom with "SOFTWARE INC." spaced-out in a Futura condensed font on it. Above it is "DEVELOPED BY" in a Badloc ICG font. Then the word "Sculptured", in a script font that almost looks similar to Mistral in italic, wipes in from the left with white light-rays traveling through it. Then the red blood-like underline wipes in from the right under "Sculptured". With red light through the screen, forming the logo. Trivia: The animation of the logo was done by Peter Jensen. Variants: On the Sega Genesis version of SeaQuest DSV, the logo appears in a static wave-like transition. Plus, "DEVELOPED BY" is spaced above a little and "Sculptured" is white. On Dirt Trax FX, a still image of the logo appears with a copyright notice. Plus the copyright information explodes shattering through us. FX/SFX: The light rays wiping in the logo. The static wave in the variant. Music/Sounds: The sounds of the wind when the rays wiping in the logo. Music/Sounds Variants: On the Sega Genesis version of SeaQuest DSV, a teleporting-like sound was heard. On Dirt Trax FX, the opening theme was heard. On the SNES prototype of Mortal Kombat 3, the sounds are not heard. Availability: Seen on The Ren & Stimpy Show: Time Warp, The Simpsons: Virtual Bart(the Sega Genesis version does not have the logo), SeaQuest DSV, Dirt Trax FX, and later versions of Mortal Kombat II for SNES. It also appears on the Sega Genesis version of SeaQuest DSV. It's also seen on the prototype version of Mortal Kombat 3 for SNES as well.
Well, I thought Veediots was the best Ren and Stimpy THQ made but they are all bad, and you just have to pick the lesser of the evils. Space Cadets wasn't too bad either but that's nostalgia talking. The Genesis version will always be the best, of course.
@@MFields2178 Oh yeah, the Genesis one was good, and so was the Game Gear one. Beavis and Butthead was the same - the Genesis version was awesome. The SNES one was not.
Ren & Stimpy is possible the classic Nickelodeon show that had the worse luck with video games, I guess that happens if your publisher is one of the biggest shovelware publishers the videogames had at the time. At least this is more enjoyable than the Danny Phantom games that is for sure.
As for the Best Luck side, SpongeBob SquarePants I think is the winner there. A lot of the SpongeBob games are really good, though I think you knew that already given how popular Battle for Bikini Bottom had become within the past few years
Ren and Stimpy went to crap after John K. was fired. This game is the final nail in the coffin. It is so damn hard I had to resort to using Game Genie codes on my tablet emulator.
Reading the credits was actually pretty funny it was clear the people who made this had a good time I just wish they carried over that energy to the game’s design because it’s clear that they were totally clueless when it came to making a functional video game
Logo: On a black background, 2 pieces of wood can be seen on the top left and bottom right of the screen. Then, Ren pushes in the the Nickelodeon "splat" logo while Stimpy pushes in a prototype of the next logo. The logo consists of the word "T•HQ" in a white font with a red dot inside a thick white box. Below "T•HQ", there is a red bar with "Inc." on it. When they step on the wood, the planks are sent flying and both of them stand with nervous-looking smiles. FX/SFX: Ren and Stimpy pushing the logos in. Music/Sounds: Two cracking sounds. Availability: Seen only on The Ren & Stimpy Show: Time Warp for SNES. Legacy: This is a placeholder logo, created for temporary use while the next version was in development, but wasn't ready for use.
Such wasted potential. The presentation is spot-on, the references to the show are great, the graphics are great, colorful, and really pop. You can see so much craft went into the animations. It's really a looker on the SNES. The mode 7 stuff is cool in concept... but the game is a downright broken piece of garbage, in both mechanics and design. I don't understand how stuff like this got OK'd. And some actual cutscenes would have been nice.
I loved the show and Adult Party was meh but the game i wish they did more plot, gags and gameplay that felt like it. Thank you the gameplay was on point
I actually think this is the best Ren and Stimpy game. Hard, yes, but it has a lot to offer. The genesis game is too easy. I had the gameboy one as a kid, that was maddening.
This looks so nice and it sounds so nice compared to all the other SNES titles. It's such a shame gameplay-wise it's just as bad. I love that they even included the "happy helmet" as some sort of hazard and you have to hit yourself to get rid of it. That seems to be the same song and dance with most RS games; the concepts, humor and art is perfect and in-tune with the show, but there's always massive design flaws setting it back. Stimpy's Invention for the Genesis remains the best one
Yes, and SNES Mortal Kombat 1 and 2, which were pretty good (even if Nintendo censored the blood in MK1). But they also made Bart's Nightmare and Virtual Bart, which sucked big time.

This game reflect the face of the show : the weirdness embodied.
This game was insanely hard when I played it as a kid
Only because it was so badly progammed
@@anthonyd4771 And also completely incomprehensible.
The people who made this game are Eediots!!
@@Yamamanama yeah, and that bullied and traumatised me when I was 13 and a half
(O ^ O)
same
Thanks for suffering through these games for us so we don't have to. It is really nice of you o3o
I was so invested in Veediots, Fire Dogs and Stimpy's invention that this missed my 90's radar.
This was one of my favorite games on the Super Nintendo, though I never passed the whole game, surprisingly the console and game still works.
1:57 every time you kill a tiny fly, the eyes come out and that scared the hell outa me!
and did that happened in real life?

@@TheCommentNinja81 Yes, I like it, but it is super hard and I wasn't able to finish it yet.
😬
collection nobody had i got hardest!
my favorite whole though i get here ever?
Anyone else crack up at Ren’s jumping face?
man, loved this game growing up..one of my favorite snes titles 😁 thanks for posting!
I remember playing this game, it was dead hard like.
Ren: Hey Man
Stimpy: Happy Happy
Ren: Oh Thank You
Stimpy: Joy
Ren: You Filthy Swine
Stimpy: Ren!
Finally a good gameplay... and a good ending too.
Evil Ren and Dark Stimpy vs Insane Ren and Insane Stimpy
I've always enjoyed Stimpy's Invention for the Sega Genesis. Never played any of the SNES games, though.
J C I recently beat it, and I still enjoyed it. I respect your opinion
Same here, fella
That one was a way better game!

It might look nice, but Ren & Stimpy: Time Warp's gameplay is about as repulsive as the show's creator, John K, is.
Oh come on! He's still a genius
Do you plan on doing the Rocko's Modern Life game along with Ahhh Real Monsters in the near future?
Come on. That's a little unfair to the game.
@@user1point0 i still need to view the show I've seen things about it that caused me to be curious about it
CreepnightFilmsOffical Just try not to get too curious about John K
Wow I just reviewed this on gamefaqs along with all the other Ren and Stimpy games I played! Great timing!
Hahaha no kidding? That is quite a coincidence. Looks like you and I had similar thoughts on it, too.
Wow, you read it?

And so it came to pass, as other great events do, that Ren and Stimpy were watching the tube...
when i was a kid, i could never get past the Time Machine portion especially the brick wall part and all i had to do was NOT move? 😫😫😫

Sure it looked nice but i liked the megadrive version best.
the megadrive game had better level design and better difficulty in my opinion.

question but who's that character on your pfp and where's he from? i like his character design.
Ending 3?, has more that 1 ending, maybe is the good ending
How many proofs of purchase do you need to clear the first level?
Ren and Stimpy Time Warp 2
This game would be the best Ren and Stimpy game but its developers didn't know how to balance the difficulty or make the mechanics concise.

didn’t the studio that made this game also make the Super Star Wars games?
