They are adorable little critters for sure. Its amazing they can have twins as small as they are. Glad the whole family is stepping up to help mama take care of them.
It might be a nice Idea to get rid of all high branches and upholster the ground with some soft natural material to prevent them from dropping into their death until they are stronger!
Wow really, can you imagine if they were easy to transport/sneak into the U.S. how many people would have them as pets, big percentage if you as me... they are cute wouldn't want them as pets thou.
Mammals are visual learners, which is why a family unit or community is so important to them. The young and/or inexperienced learn from the older and wiser. This comes into play when NHPs (Non-Human Primates) such as chimps, monkeys, orangutans etc. are poached and raised as pets, then discarded. They don't know how to survive in the wild, don't know how to act as their species should in a troop, don't know how to care for any young they have, if female. There are videos where zoos and sanctuaries had to have experienced females of the same species, and in at least one case, a human female, show a new mother how to care for an infant. How to carry, breastfeed, nurture. These little finger monkeys are just amazing. In most other monkey species, single births are the overwhelming norm and twins are extremely rare.
I have to laugh-Audrey was put in a pen with Gummi so I don' t think she had many other choices in a mate so lucky for her that she bonded with Gummi. Still adorable and a happy couple.
Can Humans be Tamed? We need to develop ourselves as human beings beyond our animate level of existence, and it is possible with a certain kind of education. Developing ourselves as human beings means learning and balancing ourselves with the integral laws of nature operating on our lives. If we learn how to positively connect among each other in human society, with altruistic attitudes replacing our current egoistic attitudes, we then develop ourselves beyond the animate level of existence and become human beings in the fullest sense of the term. First, we need to provide for our animate lives, giving our physical bodies the food, sex and family that they require, then after taking care of those essentials, we can begin our human development. We then need to learn who and what we are, where we are from, why we exist, how we can develop ourselves, how we can control our human development, what our attitude to our surrounding society should be, what society’s attitude should be toward us, and how we can develop together harmoniously, i.e. us in relation to society, and society in relation to us. We need to supply ourselves with this development that will make us human beings. Unfortunately, I see nobody understanding what it means to develop a human being, and we thus fail to realize such a process. One of the outcomes of our lack of development into human beings is our inability to understand the younger generation. We become increasingly detached from them, and do not know what will happen with them or how to guide them in a beneficial direction. We thus let life unfold as it does, into a proliferation of problems and crise. Very simply, we need to learn what nature wants from us, and to develop in order to balance with nature’s demands toward us. If we meet those demands, we can then build a harmonious and peaceful world, one that is in balance with nature.
Its discusting me, CRIMENEL ACTIVITY PEOPLE!! I hope that in the country, where this beautiful animals, sitting in an gates, on the black market for lot of money, soo sad!! The ZOO helpt to save this litle ras aaps! ❤with this famely!! In Manchester Zoo!!!
Not these guys specifically, We evolved from a different Species, Although We are related to these Monkies we aren’t very closed related to these guys specifically since they aren’t Great Ape’s (Gorillas, Chimpanzees, Bonobo’s, Orangutans, etc)
As the person above stated, humans did not evolve from marmosets. In fact, the nearest common ancestor we'd share with marmosets would be a very different looking (and likely quite larger) monkey that lived at least 40 million years ago. Marmosets are new world monkeys, and apes (our group) evolved from a line of old world monkeys, thus you'd have to go at least back to when the groups split to find our common ancestor, but possibly even farther back.
OMG! The most adorable monkeys I've ever seen. Those faces are beyond belief.
They are adorable little critters for sure. Its amazing they can have twins as small as they are. Glad the whole family is stepping up to help mama take care of them.

Holly you wanted a daughter. Choose one.
Daughters are bird like. They are light and airy and their important function is to keep the male’s spirits up.

The first two words of the title.
I'm sure it's illegal in most countries.

So...we evolved ftom these things?

Humans are a kind of ape, marmosets are a kind of monkey.
Last common ancestor between us and marmosets dates to over 30 million years ago, so safe to say it's a no
We share 98% DNA with chimps, 92% with macaques.
It's really annoying, I want to watch monkeys but I have to see people all the time, I won't watch this channel anymore
Not an airport, no need to announce your departure.
If you make one on a shish kabob with teriyaki. You will get the hunger the hunger for more monkey
