It's not the quantity, but the quality that matters. Biggie's music has clearly stood the test of time (the 25th anniversary of "Ready To Die" will be celebrated next month). His career was both influential and impactful (it brought the East Coast back to the forefront of hip hop). His music is timeless and is still played today. E.g. "Hypnotize" is played in the Academy Award-winning animated movie, "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse", and in the new movie "I Got the Hook Up 2" the family restaurant is called "Big Poppa's". A street was just named after him a few weeks ago. BIG's legacy is set in stone. Biggie is still the only artist in Billboard Hot 100 history to have two number-one singles posthumously: "Hypnotize" and "Mo Money Mo Problems" (that record still stands today).

BLANC BANGA Long Kiss Goodnight wasn’t the only song Big diss him on. He diss Pac on Last Day with the Lox, Kick in the Door when Mad Rapper is ranting and “he says this is my 4th album, and I ain’t make a dime yet” making fun of Pac because remember Pac was saying look how long it took Big to go Platinum, and Big responded back to him. Throughout that album it was subliminals at Pac bro even Hov diss Pac on I Love the Dough “You cats home, screaming the fights on, I’m in the 1500 seats watching Tyson, same night, same fight, but one of us cats ain’t playing around I let you tell it.” Subs were being thrown at Pac across that album bro it’s just Big was such a lyrical genius and ahead of his time is that now we realize what he was saying.
