I have a 2023 Macan S and while I love almost everything about the car I can agree with you on these points. Still, the benefits far outweigh any drawbacks and the Macan is still the best drivers SUV on the market.
Is there a difference vs the 2022 model? I own a car fleet and I would like to start adding this brand to my lineup. The issue I'm finding is it doesn't seem worth buying a 2023 new one instead of a used 2022 s or GTS for close of a price
You do not buy a Porsche for gas mileage . U buy it for the driving experience. U want interphase go buy a Mercedes. This is a drivers car. U want a comfortable precise vehicle for daily and road trip, Macan is the suv.
Dude you are preaching to the choir! That is everything I didn't like about the Macan and maybe some keep in lane/self-driving option. I LOOOOVE how it drives but all those things you mentioned are keeping me from going back to it. I have a BMW M440 xdrive and it has the ambient light, more power, more reliable 6-cylinder engine, doesn't require oil top off every 5K miles or so, nimbler (even in non-sport mode), better gas mileage, way more tech and less glitches, better display graphics and better cameras. But I still miss the looks, the handling and the analog speedometer...
So what’s your point. No way the BMW more nimble. Let’s be real hear comparing a bmw to a Porsche is ridiculous. I do not want to watch the infotainment system while I am driving. I want the road to be handle right. A gas station is always down the road and if u don’t have cash don’t buy a Porsche. What are u talking about topping off every 5k miles? Are I talking about the reg maintenance? Buying a Porsche is half of the expense. U have to maintain the car and if u cannot afford to don’t buy it. No luxury cars come cheap.
You do not know Porsche people, the people who think critically before they buy and avoid nonsense like ambient lighting and endless apps. Maybe check out a Korean car.
Nobody likes the truth. The 911 and Cayman/Boxster are the only Porsches. The other models are VW/Audi’s with a Porsche badge. I had a 2017 Macan S for 3 years. It was mediocre.

@@aim-for-greatn3z947 2023 had a few standard features added and options moved around like for example Adaptive cruise control is standard for 2023.

The Porsche Connect is something I still struggle with. Totally agree with you on that.

I agree on all points, we still bought one though. Lol.
Still an exceptional vehicle.. Congratulations!
2:14 this!! why is no one talking bout this
I’s a great car without the bling bling and cheap screens or ambient lights.
The 2023 S model is a beast. I’ve never driven anything so perfect. Ive hears people say it’s Porsche’s best driving model. Vs 911s and cayenne
You still have to push a button to open the trunk! Even a Q3 can use you foot to activate the opening of the trunk without touching it!
An outstanding car. Great driving experience.
Yes indeed
No Android Auto period is the worst part.

I totally agree with you
Thank you for the genuine review of the new Macon, waiting to see how is the electric Macon is going to be like, Would like your opinion of it.
Macan !!!
I really hate that thing on the roof...what does it do???
Is it true Hate, or maybe use the word Dislike . ?
It's a porche/VW just like the porche 944. So right like a Volkswagen car
So...is there anything you like about the Macan?
Yes..! This video was things I hate about the Macan. Check out our other video where I go over things to know about the Macan!
I have a 23 Macan and can agree with these points love the car but may get something else
