Hi Happy and greetings from the UK. This is a great progression and has completely sidetracked me from what I was learning. I’m now delving into house of the rising sun instead. Thanks as always for posting these.
I've explained the strings in other "Lick of the Day" posts. They are Neons from DR Strings and I use them because, aside from looking very cool, its' easier for learners to see which strings and frets I'm playing. By the way, I endorse DR and use them exclusively (but not always the colored strings).
