Sir , apne bola ki overtake krte gear kam krte hai ki power increase ho or speed mile ..
But jb hum gear down krte hai toh torque increase hota hai or speed low .
gear down se car ko instant power milti hai jiski wajh se tire par lage wala rotational force yani torque badh jata hai or speed kam hoti hai lekin power increase hone se car ko boost milta hai
