    The spin for perfect skin is absolutely amazing, so worth it! I got it using the code the last time you mentioned it in a video, I'm usually quite sceptical about buying stuff online like that especially ones talked about in UA-cam videos, I'm not gonna lie🙈😂 but I got it anyway and the price was great too as I'd wanted something like it for so long but they were all so expensive!

    • @RiyadhK

      Your skin goes through constant change and life cycles and is usually the first indicator on the body that you're exposing yourself to something it doesn't like. You may have developed a late in life food intolerance, could be stress related, not enough water being taken in, too much sugar/dairy amongst other things. Best thing is to see a dematologist :) x

    Instead of using Biore Strips (which are expensive) spread a layer of Elmer's Glue (the white stuff) over your face and nose and let it dry. Once it drys you will have a film that you can easily peel off removing the blackheads much cheaper than the commercial strips. Just a tip!

    I don't know about Ireland, but in Ukraine, in pharmacies they sell salicylic acid in little bottles... so I buy it and use just the acid. It's actually amazing! It helps a lot, it's just that if you use it very often your skin gets more oily, so you need to use it moderately!
    By the way, your tips are very useful!!!
    And you're amazing! You are such an amazing person! You're my inspiration! Thank you!

    Personally, I recommend peeling masks, but you have to find a good one that fits you. Carbon peeling masks are quite a trend nowadays and they're amazing. But I feel like that is more a fast solution to remove blackheads. I guess that if I really want to get rid of them, I should follow Riyadh's advices.

    I use those face/ nose strips and I find that it works more if you pull the up instead of from the sides. something to do with the way the blackhead sits on your face or something, No idea but it works for me :) x love the vids ;-) x

    • @connorheath6997
      @connorheath6997 8 років тому

      Thats okay ;-) I pulled it from the sides too but found it more effective if pull it up and over nose. If you wear reading glasses or sun glasses alot it's a good idea to clean the part that sits on your nose as it builds up sweat and dirt. Happy to help :) xx

    Have you any tips for snacking "healthy"? Im on medication for epilepsy and one of the side effects are a constant feeling of just hunger. Its sooo hard tho, im a chocaholic but really want to loose weight and get better skin, tips, tricks ANYTHING you can suggest...💚💚

    • @RiyadhK
      @RiyadhK  8 років тому +1

      Hmmmmmm well I find chocolate alternatives good. The Naked bars that are made of dates and cashews with a little cacao are delish and fill the gap. I also think snacking on fresh and raw veg (not fruit) is good because it's low in natural sugars and high in vitamins and minerals. Nuts and seeds are great because they pack a lot of healthy fats, omega 3 and are a good carb with slow release energy. Hope that helped xx

      You would buy these at good departments stores, online or at a large chemists- our chemist are like your drugstores, and sell a range of health and beauty products as well as dispensing medicines.

    ADVICE FROM EXPERIENCE: Do not use the facial brush on active acne. It makes it so much worse. If you have acne, be GENTLE on your skin e.g. just wash it with your hands with water and a sulphur soap, once in the morning and once in the night. Also use an alcohol and scent free moisturiser!

    Does this apply to women too? Will them products be suitable?

      Yep! If salicylic acid doesn't work, try benzoyl peroxide as the active ingredient. This is what I do to achieve clear skin: I use a gentle facial cleanser (clean and clear for sensitive skin), an exfoliant at night (Oxy with benzoyl peroxide), and I moisturize in the morning and at night (I use the brand Cetaphil).
