Hi Arlene, flash cards are key for learning the vocab. Also take a good crash course before the test. They will show you strategies on how to use the process of elimination. I did my fingerprints after but it could expedite the process if you do it before

You should reach out to local agents and offer to work for them for cheap or possibly on commission only so you can get that experience you’re looking for. Definitely want to get good at selling and understanding the products. We have a program for new agents at my office if you’re interested
