Great, great video! I probably need to do this to my 925F. And the Star Trek references made it gold. Keep up the great work. Best wishes from Oklahoma.

Poor dad, hope his hand is okay.
That looked like a real pain to replace, but it's good that the head is fixed before you need it again👍

Damn Dad, hope you hand is okay!!! 😮 When it flew apart and you holding you hand that way, I thought sure you sliced it open. But apparently all is okay because I don't see a bandage on your hand. That piece you wanted to replace wasn't buried to deep in the machine but looked like a real pain to get to.. Glad it's all back together and working now if the darn weather would cooperate, you guys could continue harvesting. Good luck on harvest!!!!

Hopefully you will be able to put concrete in part of the shed soon. So you have a propper clean spot to work on equipment.

They need a shop like the one they built on Browns farm. But I bet that was a million dollar building. Especially with the in floor heat. Best play the lottery or expand the farm. But that cost money to.

I have a 925F header, that's a common problem on them. The sensor levers will also bend and throw things out of whack.

On the right side, how do you re- install the flex arm? I slid the rear shoe part in the channel but can’t get the front of it to shift to the side enough to get the pivot pin through. Does the pivot pin in the front need to be taken off to get this installed?

Hopefully, there's a special place in Hades where "engineers" go and have to repair the stuff they designed! "Simple" part replacement requires disassembly of the entire unit for a small part. I felt the OUCH!😮

Haven’t you ever thought of looking at the equipment that you purchased used to make sure it wasn’t damaged or broken before buying it I’m pretty certain it was broken before you bought it from how worn out it was and by the crack it had on it
