Wonder Woman's Amazon sister, Aresia creates a virus that poison All the Men in the World. While Amazons are a race of peaceful and cultural beings, they habour a great resentment towards Men.
In the story one of the Amazons, Wonder Woman's sister, Aresia decides to get rid of All Men from the World and put Amazon code into Work.

What's really messed up about this episode is that Aresia is killing children and babies. And most of them probably died from the virus as well. I kinda wish she survived so she could face proper punishment. Or at least show Athena taking her soul to Hades.

No, because she believed the actions of one man did not exonerate all men. What she should have been shown was the evil perpetuated and assisted by women. Perhaps she should have seen the women who helped Hitler. She might have realized she was no better than him.

It's like those convenient power dampening cuffs that can somehow block all superpowers, even magic, but somehow doesn't block batman's plot armor and is never used when it would have been really useful to use to prevent the death of thousands.

If she came clean from the start, it would be hard for Hippolyta to teach her on how to hate men, secondly it drectly challenges the thinking of "every man is evil". Which is something WW had to reconsider at some point, cause there's irrefutable proof all over the place.

The one thing I never understood in this episode os whether the Amazons know how mortals(Humans) reproduce causes others she would have ended up exterminating the human race in less than 100 years.

Spoiler Alert! Aresia didn't die when the plane exploded, she somehow survived.
In the tie-in comic Justice League Adventures #17, Aresia attempts another method to her misandristic crusade: controlling men via a sonic device. She also tries to achieve this with a small army of like-minded misandristic women instead of calling on the Injustice Gang a second time.
In the end, Aresia is defeated after a lengthy battle and given a much more fitting punishment: life sentence in an all-women's prison with no chance of parole.
