Do you use 3 inch high or 2 inch high cake pans ? And how high do you fill them half way? I used a 10x3 inch cake pan and I filled it almost half way and it sunk WHYYYYY 😢😢

When a cake sinks it usually means you over mixed the batter or it heated too quickly on the outside before the center set. With a pan that large try using a flower nail in the center. You can see what that is in the video where she makes her wedding cake.
