The street one with Dib is always funny because apparently its just an animation error. From what I heard, they were meant to be yelling over actual traffic but when they got the animation back nothing was there, which made it so much funnier.
Yep it was an animation error! Something got lost in translation I believe when the scripts / instructions were handed to the overseas animators. Cars were supposed to be there but it wasn’t added in the final animation - but in the scene you can still hear the sounds of traffic in the background that were supposed to accompany the traffic meant to be shown lmao

@amelleations4405 I don’t think it was stated in the show and I’m not sure where it was said but apparently zims antenna is how he hears and it was damaged at one point making him partially deaf
