You just focus on your work/business and family. You have a lot of time to enjoy. Over here even if you are wealthy making 200k dollars, you still have to do everything yourself. In the West you hardly have time because you are also doing all house chores yourself too apart from your job. This is the big difference. The only thing is that in the West environment is better since there no pollution or garbage like India and Westerners have much better civil sense then Indians. So yes there are many pros living in west, but the point here is about quality of life for a higher earner
