Mike's talking about his parents reminded me about how when all my friends git to go to Girl Scout Camp. She said their parents needed a break from their kids but she loved me too much to have me gone so long. I believed her. She lacked camp money.
Thoroughly enjoyed the discussion gents-history woven with biography (auto ‘The Way I heard it’ or otherwise ‘The Mysterious Case of Rudolf Diesel’) is ‘not the past, it’s the way we chose to remember’ it. Great stuff-love it

Doug - each podcast I add 4:16 several books to my to be read stack of books. Can I humbly suggest a high top table with some comfy upholstered higher top chairs? I was so anxious watching Mike Rowe balance his cocktail on the arm of his chair 😂
