They are building infrastructure for NGOS and Gos which completes in a year which stops providing HRA to employees and when construction starts lot of raw material will be used gets returns in gst component and employment for labours..Why couldn't you mention..

Good point Brother. I have below observations:
1. After building infrastructure for NGOs and Gos if Govt stop their HRA we can appreciate.
2. Raw materials are always bought by contractors who are mostly based in Hyderabad along with their head office, so they might buy most of it from Hyderabad and show it also in their receipts. So GST returns will be extremely low.
3. When it comes to labor, as you might have already noticed 95% will be from North India, still I agree that they will spend some for their living in the state.

Let CBN construct kamma capital at Amaravathi with kamma money and Jagan construct Reddy capital at vizag with Reddy money. We, general voters need a common capital for all at Donakonda with non-kamma and non-reddy CMs. These two kamma and Reddy castes have been dragging capital issue since 2014 without any resolution.
