Kerry Gathering TV, Féile Neidín 2013, Kenmare, The Kerry Gathering

Kerry Gathering TV had the privilege to attend the inaugural traditional music festival in Kenmare, co. Kerry- Féile Neidín from the 5th to the 8th of April 2013. This short piece includes an interview with event organiser Kit Dunlop as he takes us through the weekend. Captain Raymond Ross chats to KGTV as they accompany him on one of his "Seafari" cruises through Kenmare Bay.
Also featuring musical instrument workshops such as fiddle making and classes in box accordion and seanoís dancing. The traditional music used throughout the piece comes from De Dannan and Amergin.
