It's a warmup based on how Mary Overlie's viewpoints can form a constantly evolving improvisation. They would know the basis of it already, but the instructions would be along the lines of "Walk around the space and very slowly speed up. Work together to form different materials of theatre and dance. Carry the same energy as the group and follow whatever seems appropriate for the moment." The gang mentality makes it much easier to go all out and explore all the viewpoints with complete commitment and conviction.
