I used to work as a temp in Manchester Town Hall in Business Rates department. Although I wasn't a phone handler, I overheard many conversations of them trying to chase up unpaid business rates. Calls were often like this: "do you know where Mr Khan is now?", "Oh, he is in Pakistan now. Do you know when he'll be back?", "you don't know?". I used to work as a temp in Manchester Town Hall in Business Rates department. Although I wasn't a phone handler, I overheard many conversations of them trying to chase up unpaid business rates. Calls were often like this: "do you know where Mr Khan is now?", "Oh, he is in Pakistan now. Do you know when he'll be back?", "you don't know?". They change name and restart their business or go hiding in Pakistan for a year or two.

The papers are saying the guy who was stamped on has a cyst on the brain. Apparently, a cyst on the brain is congenital, and can't be caused by trauma or injury. Also, we need to see the full footage of the incident before rushing to judgment. There has to be a lawful reason to search someone. If the search is unlawful, then you can refuse. The matter will be decided in a court of law if the police had a legal right to a search.
