just bought a 2025 Calligraphy Hybrid AWD last week. so far extremely impressed withe the tech, features, smooth transmission and super quiet road noise
We bought ours on Wednesday. We're also very happy with it. We've never owned a car this nice. Not much ability to negotiate, since they're so new and they still had 2024 models on the lot, but we feel we got a fair price (slightly under MSRP, effectively waiving the d&h and included but unwanted add-ons) thanks to lots of research and price comparisons between dealerships in the area
It’s content guys lol. Makes money for them and makes them fair and honest reviewers. Also it keeps them having a good relationship with Hyundai for other models
Why? Every car review they post generates views and revenue for their channel. It's not like Hyundai intentionally gave them a lemon or mistreated them in any way. It would have been petty and against their own interests to refuse to review it.
I’m honestly glad you guys brought up the topic about you guys Santa Fe experience. It gives a lot of insight on what may or may not to expect when owning one of these. We all know how that went but it is something to really keep in mind when this is the only second model year. Other than that, this is a very interesting vehicle. The earthy nature of this vehicle is oddly different compared to other Hyundais… the color choices is out of the ordinary for what most people expect out of a Hyundai. I personally think the back has grown on me a little bit but if I were to buy one, it has to be in all black. I believe it looks best in that color or just a darker color in general makes it a little nicer than a bright color, like the copper or orange that I’ve seen….
@@leszeklisowski1515 Interesting. I didn't know that and haven't even seen it mentioned in the reviews. Shame it's not an option in the US. I'm not personally interested in a plug-in, but I'm sure many people are.

I got almost 7k on mine, from purchase date of July 1st, love it, Hybrid Calligraphy, with grey interior. Lots of compliments. To be fair, the rear view, being straight up and down, is mostly Land Rover, they just add a tire to the back lid, and unfortunately no spare tire, which sucks. Great video guys.
So… if the DCT issues were only software related, how did the software issues evade Hyundai's expert engineers during their accelerated age testing before the cars went on sale??? Some customers have found the real world issues in the first few months of ownership, so it beggars belief that a mega sized company with enormous resources, expert engineers and mechanics never stumbled across the alleged software issues before real world customers??? Anyone else think there might be more to the DCT story than simply software??? 🤔
Awesome looking car, but best bought as a hybrid. If no hybrid, I’d go palisade or telluride since they aren’t that much more and their motors are nicer.

Get the hybrid. No DCT. DCTs are bad for around-town driving. You're killing your clutch while you creep in traffic.

2 glove boxes, giant center pass through, and 24 doughnuts. Incredibly practical. Basically a minivan without sliding doors.
