The best firecracker brick in your collection quality wise is the Duck Brand second would be the Camel Brand. If you had the Po Ha brand that’s also good.
Man those Thunderbomb bricks at the beginning - I remember seeing the same ones in those configurations at a fireworks store as an end cap/aisle display stacked on Spring break 1990. As a high-school kid with barely a few bucks all I could do was look and drool. I'd bought a 40/40s Boomer ladyfinger brick instead and still ended up pleasantly surprised by those little things. They were loud suckers for their size and rarely a dud in each string!
I couldn't believe you have a RED LEAF brick. I remember back in the 60's they were one of the most common firecrackers. If a Red Leaf cracker popped in your hand you knew it! I remember the blood blisters they would leave, OUCH! Those were the days of Great fireworks like Torpedos, crackerballs, silver salutes and cherry bombs. I Miss Those Days! Nice Collection, Thanks for Sharing!
I have some wood pecker packs of 40 I noticed on your brick and on my packs that there is no warning label at all?! Why is this are they bootleg because mine are clay filled both ends!🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️ Help me out here please sir.
The Woodpecker crackers are not bootleg yours are clay because there are a different class the ones I have are all crimped all crackers are required to have warnings nowadays that was not the case years ago
@@PyroNut Do you know approximately how old do you think our woodpecker/ no warning label crackers are? 1950’s? 1960’s? These crackers are bigger than the standard size and they are really hard hitting too. They are some of the most beautiful crackers I’ve personally ever seen. Thanks for the help.
Really cool collection thanks for sharing pyro
