I saw them at the Sony theater in Manhattan. Small place - 1500 or so people. Small stage. Just barely enough room for the girls to run around a little bit. But they did all the stuff - the girls choreography was awesome. The band was so very good. Everyone had long solos on top of intro stuff like this. The singing was real. The lead singer was breathless a few times cuz the songs were much faster than the record versions, like in this video, and they did lots of crowd interaction stuff. What made me sad was the lack of a real pit, cuz almost every song they do has a breakdown part. I think security stopped people from getting their pit in for some reason. There was still lots of jumping around. It was a fun show. I was surprised at how polished it was and that it was so genuine. Real good musicians. Real good singing by the girls. I kinda expected some tapes to be running, but nope. So it was one of those rare good surprises.
I will never fully appreciate or comprehend the amount of discipline and hard work that goes into this but am in awe of the results. I so wish I was there in that moment… Brilliant ✊️
After breaking up, became a Beatlemania. I can't see their new performance, but they still entertain me with past footage and sound sources. Babymetal in the SU-YUI-MOA era is the same. I will continue to be a fan of them. As long as can see their performance.
They remind me of the ducks that we used to have. One one turns and runs a certain direction they all turn and go in that direction! Love these girls. I miss Yui especially in spite of the fact that I only became a huge fan within the last few months. Never heard of them before June of 2022.

I had the exact same experience with this song. The intro is long. But then I learned what this song is about and then fell in love with the choreography!! They're probably too old to perform this song now unfortunately!!
One thing I did notice during this performance: In some shots, you can see the strap of Yui's left boot hanging off to one side, likely due to the strap not being properly buckled.
