Stgo Off EXPORT 2020 #02 - Pablo De La Fuente

Pablo de la Fuente es Licenciado en Artes con Mención en Diseño Teatral en La Universidad De Chile. Ha dedicado gran parte de su carrera a la investigación y al desarrollo del diseño para el teatro callejero. Ha ejercido como uno de los fundadores y director de arte de la compañía La Patriótico Interesante, desde el año 2002 y como diseñador para el Colectivo Artístico La Resentida desde el 2010, con quienes ha girado por los festivales más importantes de teatro del mundo. Se ha desempeñado además como académico de la Universidad de Chile en la materia de taller de Diseño Escénico para tercer Año de Diseño Teatral, (entre varias asignaturas). También ha hecho docencia en distintos centros culturales e instituciones como la Universidad Finis Terrae, Academia de Humanismo Cristiano, Escuela Superior de Artes de Maipú y en el proyecto de formación teatral regional Trashumantes.
De la Fuente Gálvez holds a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Theater Design from the University of Chile. He has devoted the larger part of his career to the research and development of designs for street theater. Since 2002, he has served as co-founder and art director to the La Patriótico Interesante theatre company and as a designer for the La Resentida Art Collective since 2010. La Resentida, has provided him with the privilege of touring throughout the most important theater festivals of the world. He has also worked as a professor at the Universidad de Chile teaching the Scenic Design workshop for the third year Theater Design students, (among other courses). He has also taught in different cultural centers and institutions such as the Universidad Finis Terrae, Academia de Humanismo Cristiano, Escuela Superior de Artes de Maipú and the Trashumantes theatrical training project.

EXPORT es un proyecto del programa de internacionalización de la Fundación Santiago Off, nacido en el contexto de la pandemia mundial por Covid-19 y la imposibilidad de hacer circular espectáculos de artes escénicas por el mundo. Son portafolios audiovisuales de pequeño formato para la visibilización internacional de artistas nacionales ligadas y ligados a distintas áreas de la creación escénica.
EXPORT is a project of the Santiago Off Foundation internationalization program, originated in the context of the Covid-19 world pandemic and the impossibility to put out performing arts shows around the world. In this context the idea of generating small format audiovisual portfolios is born to allow to visualize internationally national artists linked to different areas of the scenic creation.
