@@Senator_Alb ohne Witz ich hab nach dem Video nach langer Pause wieder trainiert.. ca eine Woche nach unserem Training habe ich ziemlich Rückenprobleme bekommen, dann Lungenentzündung.. war ne weile raus.. aber wenn mich wer motivieren kann dann du 💪🙏
