Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the ‘But How Come You're Not Fat' and 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' videos.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

How now fans of chow…I know I said the next video would take place somewhere else, but having been hard at graft for many weeks now, I thought I’d earned a bit of a Five Guys fill up before I hit the road in search of a restaurant challenge on Thursday. NB: I can't really believe I'm making the clarification, but for the people disappointed that I'm eating one hundred pounds (British currency) and not one hundred pounds (unit of measurement), I feel obligated to inform you that there's no creature on planet earth that could eat two thirds of its own body weight....I mean...clearly.

How does anyone complain about a FRESH double bacon cheeseburger for $10..... also a small fry from 5 guys is literally the equivalent of a large at McDonald’s, if not more. The price is totally fair based on quantity and quality. Plus unlimited toppings??? Come on. Find me another chain that doesn’t charge for extra cheese 🤷♂️ is everyone complaining like 13 years old and have a shit allowance!? 😭

I remember ordering lunches regularly from the original Five Guys location in Virginia before the restaurant sold franchises. There was a bakery in the same strip shopping center and all of the buns were bake daily there for Five Guys - YUM!!
me too, they were my go to after calc class at the CC the original was a lot better then the modern corporate version. the burgers were so greasy the only thing holding them together was the aluminum foil , good times.

The original location is an hour north of me in Arlington, VA.
When my daughter was little, she got me started on dipping Wendy's chicken nuggets and fries, in my frosty. Still do it to this day! 🤣

Whoa… I usually watch your videos on my phone while I’m cooking or cleaning. This morning I was doing both. I walked out of the kitchen for just a second and right before your timer went off. I've eaten two bacon double cheeseburgers from Five Guys and thought I was going to burst. Their burgers are so damn dense.

Also reminds me of one time where my Five Guys was quiet. I only ordered a little burger and fries cause I wasn't SUPER hungry. The person in front of me cancelled their order but the patties were already on the grill, so save tossing them, I was upgraded to a TRIPLE BACON CHEESE for free.

Five guys hotdogs are super underrated. I often get made fun of for getting a hotdog, but I jornally get a burger as well lol. Bacon cheese dog with ketchup, mustard, and grilled onions is literally my favorite thing from there.

Before I changed my diet 5 years ago, 5 guys was my favorite fast food chain. In South Florida we have BurgerFi as well which has gone down hill, but it used to be on par with 5 Guys.

Smart move from the chain. And you can clearly see what makes them so great. A no-nonsense solid fastfood burger without much fancy wrapping, no crazy stuff in it. An not being miserly with the fries, which is a great asset of five guys.

Being probably the most expensive burger chain out there, I would hope they aren't cheap with the fries. I've been there once or twice, but they charge just way too much. The burgers are good, but not $15-$20-a-meal good.

Ok, you do some impressive eating stuff, but this one strikes me as really good. I love Five Guys and I'm a 200 lb. guy. If I eat one bacon cheeseburger, a regular fries, and a milkshake I am full for like 3 hours. Their burgers aren't gigantic, but they are dense! I have done one hot dog as well, but that's it for me! Impressive boss.

You're right about those dogs. Totally underrated. Most people just stick with the burgers, because let's face it- they're clearly the best. But those hot dogs are very, very filling! Not sure if it's the same in the UK, but they typically overload the fries in the bag here in the US, so that's why I always order a 'small'. (They place the full fries box into the bag, then COVER that sucker with more of those freshly cut potatoes!) Incidentally, I happened to be in London back in 2014 when they opened their first location in Islington. People were lined up down the block!
Yeah they overload the fries here as well but ironically they give fewer fries than they say they do on their website
