Sometimes I don't know where Envy's mind is at with him here making those excuses for an 80 year old man. This 80 year old killed an innocent woman he had no right to kill now her family will be suffering for a lifetime over this. This story reinforced where I'm glad I don't live in the US where guns are so regularly available.

Story makes no sense. If you have the Uber app aren't your payment details attached? Thing is I know for a fact that in Canada you HAVE TO use a credit card so if it's a Canadian number then they have some payment details to use to track this somewhat at least
@@MrColdwilliam Its not always direct. It may have been routed through Canada and also they may need to work with Canada law enforcement for next steps.

The 81 yr old man took the law into his own hands. He didnt call the police until after he shot the woman. He held her against her will (false imprisonment), killed her, and said he shot her in self-defense because he was afraid she was going to harm him.

Story about the old man and the Uber driver breaks my heart. I don’t do Uber or anything but it’s stuff like this that makes me want to quit working with the public. Older people are irrationally angry and confused. Their minds don’t have the capacity for current society while technology is on the rise. I don’t want to be hurt or gunned down over their misunderstanding and I seen too many situations like that happen to people around me.
Charla might be on to something. I ordered online $80 worth of red lobster last friday, it was ready in 25 minutes and i ate it comfortably in my home lol

There was definitely other ways to handle this situation..he should have called the police BEFORE she came AND AFTER he got off the phone with the scammer. That way the police could have intervened some how ahead of time. So sad, and she was yelling for help.

He was scammed too. If I believed somebody was coming to my house to collect a ransom or they would kill me and my family. I’d be suspicious of the next person that showed up to my house that I didn’t know. That’s no fault of the lady that was shot, but at the same time if that old man intended to kill this woman without any repercussions. He wouldn’t have called the police to let them know he shot her.

It's strange that they aren't talking about Atlantic City mayor Marty Small Sr.'s child abuse charges. New Jersey is considered apart of the Tri-State area, so this should be a discussion about what is okay and not okay within a household. The mayor is trying to say it is a family matter, but it has become a political issue as his campaign manager who is also the principal of his daughter's high school suppressed the evidence to protect him.

red lobster fell off when they stopped letting people pick their own lobster from the lobster tank. thats one of my favorite memories as a kid is going to red lobster and watching the lobsters swim around, going up to the tank and picking out the biggest lobster I could see in there.
