So once you start being actually consistent everyday with something stopping it one day will make it easier for you to fuck it up again later. So once you are consistent, don't think it the wrong way, a day off won't impact your results much but will impact your ability to stay consistent. No days off.

I work for Software Development Services for a company and make a bit more money than what i did in my regular 170hours per month job, now i can work the half or less or more, but on my own schedule and handle my own finances, that way i can train and eat healthier,make time to do what i have to do. The other thing is sleep, I actually did this with slepe and found ways to improve it as I was tracking it and saw what improved it . The other thing is diet, since just not tracking it for a few days I notice my energy levels were so low and that's because I dont think i was meeting my daily calorie needs.
