I'm curious, what did you use to record this video?
To actually record I used OBS, for the flying around I just got someone I know to turn on the cinematic camera option and follow me around in spectator mode

By default they have to be summoned, but there is a config option to make them appear naturally

No, the Mutant Creeper is in another mod, which is called Mutant Monsters, or Mutant Beasts in 1.16, or Mutant Creatures in versions before that
it was difficult to install, the mod requires exactly GeckoLib 3.1.39, newer and older versions no longer work, older versions are just old versions of the lib, and he does not see newer ones, he requires a GeckoLib, but he does not see.

Yes, 5 more are planned for the full release (including the Mutant Husk and Mutant Hoglin) but since it was taking so long I released this early access version with only the Mutant Wither Skeleton, Mutant Blaze and Mutant Shulker

The mutants don't spawn naturally, right? I once played a minecraft mutant mod where the mutants spawned naturally and it sucked for various reasons.
they don't spawn naturally by default, but can be done with the config
They do but you can change it in the config.
Where Is the Mutant Husk?
5 more mutants are planned for the full release (including the Mutant Husk and Mutant Hoglin) but since it was taking so long I released this early access version with only the Mutant Wither Skeleton, Mutant Blaze and Mutant Shulker
