Let Mr Magoola put up his company for public share subscription and Government concentrate on rebuilding our hospitals and schools. At the end we will export the pharmaceutical products as it wants.

If Govt wants to build the capacity of existing manufacturers and gain stakes in these companies, fine... But not another Lubowa; moreover when D.E.I already failed to deliver before. Ehh!!!
