For anyone who cares: that matchup is completely unplayable for Katarina. Xerath's range makes him uninteractable and you can't do anything to the wave because of how much damage he does while sitting under his god damn turret. It's actually impressive that Jack even had 20 CS at 6 minutes while also screwing around with a PTA rune page and starting doran's blade with no second wind. Jack was also playing other champions in Korea. He flat out refused to play Kat for months because of how weak she is lol.
