Early stopping is a method in Deep Learning that allows you to specify an arbitrarily large number of training epochs and stop training once the model performance stops improving on the validation dataset.

can someone help me with CNN image Classification,how to deal with non square images (3891 by 891) if iam keeping the aspect ratio my image is getting blurred and my model performance is poor,if I'm resizing it to 256 by 256 then I'm loosing a lot of information by making it as square.
Can anyone help me with this?

Nitish Sir, I run notebook given in google colab, first time it ran for 327 epochs,but after that for changing any parameter in callback,it's not running even for 100 epochs, like for patience 0, after epoch 2 it stopped, then after I changed it to 50, 20 but and restore_best_weights=False, it's is stopping epoch 63 or earlier, why is its so, It's not waiting even for 100 epochs?
