Greenland Paddle Forward & Power Stroke

This video is segment #1 taken from a recent online presentation for the Lehigh Valley Kayak and Canoe Club. I was the guest speaker the February online club meeting which highlighted traditional skills. This video was used for educational purposes and displays the basics of the forward & power stroke when using a traditional Greenland Paddle.
