I actually dug this quite a bit wouldn't be against them making this an actual saga for a spinoff anime or something.
Ever since Dabura I've felt it was a missed opportunity to not so something with the Demon Realm.
This might've been messy and there are clear room for improvements, but overall this was way more interesting than a Super arc and I think if fleshed out more and thought through I think this should've followed Universe 6 tournament in the anime. In fact just saying that these villains are from alternate realities and timelines that is not necessarily from ours could open a world of fanservice arcs. Also the Paragus and Bardock versus Demon King Vegeta was a nice touch, but again should've been fleshed out a lot more, maybe just have them as OG SSJs.
I don't know about some folk, but I love reading the Wiki about Dragon Ball.
Learning and Relearning stuff, especially extended universe stuff from the transitionary 800s-1000s for DB Online
It helps learning all the cool stuff during the 800s after Goku and Vegeta disappear into Space and the rest fade into obscurity, gives a story I've been cowriting for 5 years now freedom to involve itself in new stories that can't effect the main story but be effected by it.
Why didn't they do this for xeno? It would have such a interesting story and many new characters I want vegeks as my mentor

Pretty good arc. I'm mainly glad that Chronoa was actually somewhat smart and capable, because she's really annoying and useless in XV2. And I don't give a shit if it's "fan service" but SSJ3 Time Breaker Bardock is a badass and dope AF (especially with the broken Time Breaker mask). And I do think Salsa would actually work better as a female. XD
