I wish All people should have knowledge about it and act responsibly instead of making the person who suffer from mental illness as villian Or a scapegoat everywhere... I'm telling this after suffering much because of it both in professional and personal life even now... Everytime I overcome and start doing my work without thinking much, one or other person comes to my life to create so much stress in me and blame me finally for every wrong things...

Methods to get rid of chronic worry 1. Chronic worry will usually start with "What if" worrying about the future. Ignore if the worry starts with "What if" treating as what if (0)* I get cancer. 2. Mock at the chronic worry rather than trying to fight against it . Eg: What if I get a fatal illness? Mock it like: yes, & I better call the hospital to make reservations now & probably the funeral home, too. The point of a humoring response is to become more accepting of the worry so that it matters less to u. 3. Repeating ur worry reduces it's power. Repeat ur worry 25 times infront of mirror 25 times u feel much relaxed. Read these things from the book "worry trick" must needed book for people who overthink

Overthinking is biggest problem in my life but sometimes it help me to find the root of causes , I don't know it curse or boon but I know now I am not matured enough to control it , I struggling in sleep more dreams disturbing me.
