to be honest, if Russia existed in the game as well as America, it would be pretty terrifying if you saw 2 groups of these guys fighting each other in a random street in gta online
This is by far the most realistic battle you have made so far. Its deserted streets makes it perfect for a warzone scenario. I would suggest you add some dramatic music and focus on one team so that the audience can cheer for them. Try to create a backstory, like an invasion of a foreign nation. Try to start the action when the NPC's start shooting and moving. Still, great job!
Each AI has their shooting directives in the *combatbehaviour.meta* in the files. All police/military are set to have an accuracy of a "professional" setting in the file. Gangs usually have the "average" tag, and random citizens (labeled as GRUNT), have poor aiming. Tbh, i havnt seen any AI have "favoritism" regarding their aim abilities. Just by chance and such is all ig

The queen did this in WW2 she actually went against he father's (the king at the time) wishes and faked her identity to get into the engineering corps there's stories of her being involved in Berlin as an actual fighter her squad knew who she was (she also supposedly banged a Canadian soldier on top of a tank as a few people cheered them on)

I love the weapon variations. how the standard rifle ranged from regular to mk2 and no attachments to multiple. I even see a few smg's but I wish there were some mg's guess the drum mags make up for that.

GTA4 AND RDR2 actually had better NPC battle AI than GTA5. Much snappier and more responsive to threats, with better hit and death animations.
