I’m 27 going on 28. Aside from being a little more curvy and having a few gray hairs that only I can see, I really don’t look or feel any different from how I did 9-10 years ago. I like how my body looks more now than I did in high school. I’m still slender, but I’m no longer as thin as a reed. I have some nice curves now. I still usually get carded when getting drinks at bars and restaurants. Occasionally, I still get mistaken for being between 18-21 years old when I tell them my actual age. I’d consider the physical attractiveness prime as anywhere between your mid-twenties to early forties in terms of looks. Most people are just barely out of puberty in their late teens to early twenties and some are still finishing it up. In terms of emotional maturity and life contentment, I think prime is usually between the mid 40s-50s. You’re still young enough to usually be in relatively decent shape, if you take care of yourself, but probably no longer searching to settle down with a career, family, marriage, or kids. You have likely found what you needed and wanted to establish your impact on the world by your mid-forties to fifties. While physical youth may be fading, most people are still quite vital at this point, and can still age gracefully. Unlike when you were in your 20s-30s, you have greater opportunity to not worry so much about the future in your 40s-50s, and just have fun with the rest of your life.
@Caveman not for everybody if you live a healthy life style your prime can last for basically ever. My dad is 57 works out, eats healthy, takes care of himself, journals, meditates and has a 6 figure buisness and he looks like he’s in his 30s
Kudos to Brad Pitt for the dedication he put in this movie and allowing for him to get filmed since he was a baby just so they could complete the movie.
This movie is one of those movies which made me actually cry. That scene when Baby Brad Pitt is about to die and an old woman Daisy (Kate Blanchett) holding him like a mother tells him to go to sleep and sings a lullaby for one final time😢
I remember watching this with my dad and he explained the whole thing. My 12 year old self couldn’t really comprehend it but now when I remember it again. He aged well especially in the middle. The older he got mentally the younger he got physically. So by the time he was 70 years old, he had the mind of someone 70 and the physicality of someone that’s 20. It was all cool until he went back to being a baby.
And the one who cares for him when he's a young child, is his ex wife They divorce not because they hate each other, rather because his child won't recognized him when he gets older and physically younger
If he was born looking like an old man but still the size of a baby then he should have grown into looking like a baby the size of an old man (not a baby again). Seriously he should have died of old age as a 5 to 6 ft tall baby with the mind of an old man.
The book was so depressing when he turned old because people thought he was a child pretending to be an adult, and becuase he was weaker, he had to leave everything behind.
He had dementia by his teenage body years. He didn't even feel it. To be a kid inside the fragile body of an old man, that's tough. On the other hand, he got to be young and beautiful while having the wise man's experience
For people who don’t understand, this is from a movie called the story of Benjamin button (or something like that) where the main character, Benjamin has a rare condition where his body ages in reverse, great movie
