They don't give a damn about you , your future or your time .
Let me tell you my experience with ignou ,
I got admission in MPS(masters in political science in the 2018 july session ) they said that they will deliver my books in September, well they didn't, not even in October or November, and December.
It's 5th of January 2019 I have not received the books yet, I have been to my regional center they told me to go the headquarter of ignou . And the office of concern in headquarter of ignou told me to go to the post office, and the post office told me to bring the dispatch number from headquarter of ignou and they told me that my regional center will provide me my dispatch number of the book, and you know what? My regional center didn't they told me to go to my study center and my study center told me to go back to headquarters.
I am a boy from a low-class family, I work 6 days in call centre so that I can help my family and support my studies and these people from ignou and post office cost me 4 days of my work and almost 20% of my salary , I got frustrated because of them .
I choose ignou so that I will be able to do my masters conveniently, but in return what I got was tension, frustration and trauma.
Ignou is the worst open university, they don't believe in quality education but the number of students. They do nothing to improve students, ignou is just a fraud - a very big fraud run by non-deserving people and goons
My advice is to never go for ignou . Jamia , AMU is far better for open studies"
