      Great video sir. You should stop advertising those North American Medical chest bags on clearance because I keep buying them lol. I ordered two more yesterday I figured they could be used as extra kits for work and around the house or in a backpack. Thanks again for what you're doing.

      @@whiteymcwhiterton7199 Same here! I just ordered 2 more as well. I already have one set up as a vehicle trauma kit and another that replaced a trauma pouch in one of my packs. I'm not sure what the other 2 will be used for, but they are great pouches.

    A couple of points or questions. - Does the wrap or tie have attachments or a stitch to prevent it from unravelling if you drop it?-Is the wrap long enough to make enough turns around the upper leg to completely cover the bandage which is what we were taught was important. All the bandage needed to be covered.-Can you get as much pressure with this as the Israeli?Re TQ's, Do you think Combat Medicals TMT tq being wider is an improvement over the Cat T... Being wider it will compress over a greater area.Thanks

    Can you please do a video about safely taking tourniquets back off? (without them dying)

    • @timjon1122
      @timjon1122 5 років тому +1

      You should not remove a tourniquet. Unless they are a very long time away from help regardless if they need it or not leave it on until they get to a medical facility.

    • @bossman762x39
      @bossman762x39 5 років тому

      you should not take it off, always wait for EMS to arrive and they take over. the rough estimate is a turniquette can stay on for 2 hours without loss of the limb.

    A bit of an odd subject:
    Will a time come when those commuting massive miles weekly or specialized planned trips or other perceived events / environments would have optional lower and upper body undergarment material technology to better prevent lacerations or penetrations but short say of actual hard armor that absorbs bullets?

      They do make cut resistant clothing which you can buy if you do not mind spending north of 100-200 dollars for a single shirt.
