3 whole eggs
1 tablespoon butter or margarine (50g)
3/4 cup milk (180 ml)
2 cups of all purpose flour (260g)
1 tablespoon cake baking powder (12g)
Cake filling:
400g of dulce de leche
200g heavy cream (12% to 16% fat)
+/- 600g of bananas (6 medium units)
Farofa/ Crumble/ Streusel:
1 cup of wheat flour (130g)
1/3 cup sugar (60g)
1 tablespoon butter or margarine (50g)
Cup measure: 240ml
Dimensions of the mold/baking dish: 33 × 22 × 5cm
