@@alifakherddine785 In a way, from what I understand. The end lore suggest that human presence outweighed the Earth's Mystery so it technically overwhelmed and 'killed' it. Hence, came the Land of Steel.
The Notes universe uses a different type of magical energy to fuel the "Knight-Arms" that they use, an energy that comes from a space particle known as "Grains" and is highly poisonous to the human body. *Mash would die if she tries to use that shit.* Really the magic system in Notes is waaay different from the magic system with FATE or Tsukihime or Mahoyo, simply because they don't use mana as the source for magical energy. Grains are essentially space-dust, and is space dust that comes the bodies of heavenly bodies. If we know anything from Type-moon lore, heavenly bodies have their own rules just as Earth has its own rules. Those amalgamation of rules are probably what causes a "poisonous" reaction.
"Well with all that being said, here we are at the end of the list. Hopefully you've come to appreciate these niche, unique, or straight up obscure abilities that some of these characters have." TL;DR Power levels in Type-moon just *hits different*, it's not like in Dragon Ball where there is only one road to gaining more power, and is instead so amazingly broad, thought provoking and awe-inspiring to learn about. But it can get so fucking overpowered in specific circumstances that it just becomes a love-hate relationship. L;R It's because I understand everything and how they work that I shall forever remain *disgusted* with how broken these characters are. It doesn't help that so many character in the nasuverse are so situationally effective in a specific circumstance that it becomes outright ridiculous. I'm sorry it might seem like a downright crime to say this but Servants are the most balanced characters that I know in fate, everything outside of that is *fucking nuts.* I can deal with Aoko Aozaki, for being a magus with subpar magic circuits and magic circuit quality, y'know, *turning it to a fucking engine that generates magical energy far greater than a prodigy like Touko.* But cutting an Ultimate Being of Jupiter in half? It's the way Nasu writes his scenes man, his characters being super effective in a specific scene is just the ultimate flex on anything that I have ever seen. Let's also talk about my boy Shizuki from Mahoyo, who fucking two-shots an *Elemental* who took on the sturdy form of a *Werewolf* that can achieve speeds fast enough to reach *Godspeed* which is the very same term Shirou used to refer *BERSERKER'S* speed! That's not the crazy part, Shizuki took on the Elemental on a forward charge like Shirou, and utterly destroys the Elemental's heart. And to clarify, TRUE ANCESTORS are classified in the same rank as Elementals, if you're not familiar with what True ancestors are then Arcuied is a phenomenal example, that and, Divine-Spirits are also classified as Elementals. Shizuki was trained with the same assassin group as Souichirou was, and we've seen what Souichirou can do against Saber with Caster's enhancement (Which I am now convinced does not actually boost his strength, and allows him to damage caster, IT HAS TO BE HIS OWN STRENGTH, SHIZUKI TWO SHOTTED AN ELEMENTAL!) To be frank Shizuki would probably not win against Servants or any of the aforementioned True Ancestors or any other elemental, but the situation set it up to where Shizuki was able to power-flex his absolute strength (Which apparently was far from his peak). This just really goes to show that if you let your guard down, you can get decked on by even the more underpowered parts of the Type-moon character roster. Or just straight up get countered by highly specific abilities that are written in such a way that's just, fucking amazing.
Hideyoshi is perfect example of Nobunaga not giving a fuck about your upbringing and see the potential in people. Yeah, he may have killed thousands of innocents during his campaign to unify Japan, but I have to give credits where credits is due… and don’t get me started on Yasuke which Nobunaga made into his own bodyguard and retainer.

I'd like to give a honorable mention to Vanilla Artoria, the amount of downplay she suffers is insane, I understand that she actually never uses her full power properly but c'mon, the moment she does she actually beats Full Power serious Gil lol.
There’s also just Excalibur itself, it, by itself, was able to destroy the White Titan; a being that wiped out most of Mankind’s earliest civilisations, including the true bodies of the 12 Machine Gods(also known as the 12 Olympic Gods)
@@kaled20001 lol. Gilgamesh went all out plenty of times. Whenever he uses Ea he is going all out because its a stated fact that only Enuma Elish At full power can counter Artoria's Excalibur.
Is there any real and precise info about How much strong is ORT? I'm try searching for it, but still not find anything. How much strong is he? How much defence he has to not be completely physical destroyed? How much can he destroy? I know that in Nasuverse strategy >> firepower/prowess. But that's still an important component. It's meaningless to fight to defende your nation, if the enemy has wiped out your nation in an instant.
You would need an attack strong enough to wipe out a good part of the sudamerican continent if you want yo beat him with raw power alone, thats why the slash emperor is effective against them, it grows to match the size of the enemy and when it grows enough its special capabilities to reveal the truth appear, the black barrel works because it applies a normal lifespan on the types and even then from what I remember correctly the type that was shot actually didnt die, it just went to hybernation to heal.
TLDR: in terms of raw power, you don't win against any Ultimate One almost ever pretty much to beat an Ultimate one, you need a bullshit enough COnceptual weapon
Depletion Garden only works on mana specifically, not all kinds of magical energy. So someone like Rin who mostly uses her own od and magical energy stored in jewels to fight, there would be little difference for her inside the Reality Marble. As far as the Satsujinki vs Ryougi comparison goes, most people only use Tohno as he's depicted in Tsukihime and Melty Blood. In the last in particular, Tohno, Akiha and Sion were on the losing side of a fight against Ciel alone. And the only feats we have of Satsujinki in Prelude and Talk are him killing Louvre by surprise via blitz, a feat not dissimilar from what he has done against Nrvnqsr (Louvre being much slower than Chaos), and defeating without killing or even injuring a mage swordsman who's able to stand her ground against members of the Burial Agency. Since when have no idea how their fight went out, it's fair to assume it was mostly centered around compatibility, something like Shiki killing all of the spells and weapons of Forte like Nasu said he would do in a hypothetical fight against Shirou, or as he did to Roa's lightning spells in the manga. All of this considered and he's at most equal to Ryougi without taking some Void reality fuckery into account. As for what you said about Slash Emperor, most of it is wrong. It is simply a sword that grows to match the opponent's size, absorbing vast quantities of Grain to do so. Absorbing Grain is what makes the A-Rays and Ether Liners so strong, so more quantities of it would naturally translate into more power. A-Ray and Ether Liners being equal, against human sized opponents Slash Emperor did not make Ado Edem stand out much in the war against the A-Rays, something that wouldn't have been the case if he had the ability to "pierce any kind of armor and kill any existence" ¬_¬ It's simply a big ass sword with lots of destructive power, exactly the kind of thing that's necessary to destroy the Ultimate Ones physically, which is exactly the thing Nasu says can be done to defeat them. Simply put, against an opponent between 1.6~2 meters, Slash Emperor would have power equalling a nuclear bomb. The smallest Ultimate One it defeated, Type:Saturn is 3000 meters in size. So that's about a 600 increase from a base of nuclear bomb level power.
I don't have a solid source on Depletion Garden with only mana, but there's a Japanese video that has stated Satsuki can use this to counter servants. In Prelude, we did see the "fight" between DEATH and Louvre, however it was mostly just DEATH crawling into the mansion through the window and instantly killing Louvre and his children without any of them noticing him. Shiki's strength lies in his inhuman levels of speed and Nanaya training. Also what I've stated about Slash Emperor is mostly building on what it's been stated and depicted. Read Character Material carefully, the whole reason this thing came into light is because those were the words used, and because the illustration clearly has the area around the sword be surrounded in blue air. It's at least a very common theory that the two things are linked.
@@ivan_says_hi That's wrong. Fate is just one series that is a _part_ of the Nasuverse. Other series Witch on the Holy Night, Kara no Kyoukai, Tsukihime, Notes, and Tsuki no Sango all share this universe, and Fate is just another entry of the lineup. You should really check out my Type-Moon Character Showcase video, you're missing out on a lot of the franchise if you only check out Fate series.
@@EbullientSMP wow thats cool. I didn't know there was so much more lore beyond the fate stuff. I checked out some of your character series and it seems I have a lot of reading to catch up on xD
I'd also like to add that even some of the strongest characters, such as the ones you showed in the opening, are often gimped by their own characteristics. Namely, Gil and Shiki VOID. Gil is absurdly powerful. He is, on paper, one of the strongest servants, period. But at his peak (Archer), he was cocky. Insufferably so. He does not fight at his full power, and by the time he realizes he might be outmatched, it's typically too late for him to do anything. He lost to Shirou, goddamnit it, a mediocre mage who had the sole advantage of Unlimited Blade Works. If Gil dealt with him from the get go and used Ea, he would've won easily, but his own cockiness and confidence in his own overwhelming power lead to his defeat when he failed to realize when he actually needed to use it. As for Void, she is one of the most, if not THE most powerful entity in the Nasuverse. She has a direct connection to the Root, and this allows her to rewrite reality from a fundamental level across all of time and space, and for all we know, the Nasuverse as it currently is is a result of that power. But with that power comes the deepest levels of apathy. VOID rarely ever shows her face from the depths of Shiki's mind, and she can rarely be moved to act in any real capacity. Like Gil, she wields immense, nigh unmatched power, but unlike Gil, who won't use his power because he's cocky, VOID simply has no desire to act. If VOID really wanted to, she could end any battle before it begins, but she is genuinely so apathetic to the state of the world that she'd rather do nothing than actually change anything. The biggest issue of the Nasuverse powerhouses (that aren't forces of nature) is that they typically won't use their full power unless they feel the need to, and for somebody like Gil, that is a fatal flaw. Underestimating their foe or tricky tactics has allowed many characters that would get crushed in a direct confrontation to defeat these powerful characters.
Thank you for naming so many characters that are indeed seldom mentioned nowadays. *SPOILER* . . . . . So, remember Ciel’s ending where Shiki is technically a dead apostle-to-be thanks to Arcueid? The implications... a bit OP* Also, thoughts on Altrouge and Primate Murder? They pretty much fight as one, so... that sucks for everyone else. (combined power level)
Man my boy soujuurou doesn’t get a lot of love he is as nasu himself says it the strongest protagonist though how is questionable because of the the story isn’t complete mahayo 2 3 when man
I actually love that real "power" is super undefined in the Nasuverse. Your opening is extremely well put. It's nice to have the IPs where power ultimately decides everything (Dragon Ball) but even nicer to have the undefined ones where there are many factors that decide a match up. It's exhausting having to tell people "no Gilgamesh can't beat everyone, he didn't even beat Artoria" all the time.
This is really the biggest thing I want to push when it comes to power comparisons So many people forget that pure power never dictates a fight. This whole video isn't about "who is strongest" it's about "who has been depicted doing stupidly powerful stuff in canon"
Few things with the "he didn't even beat Artoria" statement. Artoria had Avalon, the strongest defensive Noble Phantasm we've ever seen so far, which removes her from existence to dodge attacks to the point where she just walked through Enuma Elish. I agree with the fact that Gilgamesh can't beat anyone, but in the Nasuverse there is no denying that he is the strongest Servant, Grand Servants are just concepts taking physical form so those hardly count and even have different containers when it comes to that stuff. Fact stands that unless you have Avalon you cannot beat Gilgamesh while he's fighting 100% serious, at least when it comes to servants, as there are other characters in Nasu's writing that can kill him.
I mean sure... it’s all on paper and theoretical though. The point is that “on paper” doesn’t mean much in the Nasuverse. For example, when I used the Artoria example I was referring to the time that she beat him WITHOUT Avalon at the end of the Fate route. Just a straight up sword fight and she won it.
Me watching this video. Reaches #8. Notices the shape seems familiar. Remember Fate GO new opening. The unknown Shadow at Suth America suddenly makes sense. ...oh... we are in danger!

If Lucius's abilities are as legitimate as they are in Protoype, his swordsmanship puts Nero and Caesar to shame. Maxwell's Demon would be nearly unstoppable in a situation like Grand Order, where characters often travel to times before the theory was disproven. @@Mayke0077 Slash Emperor is literally part of Ado Edem's body, there's no reason to measure his power level without it, which is what I did. In that circumstance his power only equals that of the A-Rays themselves, which is "just" nuclear bomb level. That makes him stronger than a lot of Servants, but not all of them. On the topic of #3, Lucius Tiberius, I reread his appearance in fragments recently. He doesn't fight Arthur to a stand still. He beats Arthur within an inch of his life. Arthur is constantly on the backfoot for a majority of their very brief sword to sword scuffle, with Arthur even noting that if Lucius blows were causing his armor to MELT just from the strength of their sword clash. Lucius was also capable of generating lightning, and regrew limbs just as quickly as they were severed or burned away. And that was when Arthur got in a lucky counter. Otherwise most of the hits went to Lucius kicking Arthur around to the point where within a short time, Lucius had discovered a way to completely counter Arthur's swordplay. Only by using Excalibur was Arthur able to defeat Lucius because a Holy Sword will always defeat a demonic sword. But just as terrifying as Lucius was his army. Composed of giants and sorcerers from India. His mystics could warp space, literally twisting people apart. The man assembled the both continents of Europe and Asia as soldiers for his army. Lucius Tiberius is a terrifying foe from Fragments.
I still don't understand why the hell did Nasu retcon ORT from being Type:Mercury to Type:Oorth. Well, at least it was a total beast in the Lost Belt and proved how broken the Servant System is and how you just need to be a good (or not) fanfic writer to make anything broken as fuck. I'm hopeful that Ado Edem may still appear on this Alien God arc. If ORT appeared, I guess he could too or even the true Black Barrel.
Another thing about Ado Edam. His sword was said to be not that good against A-Rays. Because he was involve in the war, it is likely referring to the combat focused A-Rays. The ones that are directly compared to a walking nuclear bomb.
But aren't Foreigners from either outside the planet or have powers from beings outside earth? Ado's purely from earth. He's better off as Grand Saber.

People downplay DEATH. He made a person on the level of the Burial Agency face utter defeat. He's the most talented member of the strongest clan of demon hunters with a body specializing in killing. He was hyped up as being as equally absurd as his eyes which are considered the rarest and most horrible mutation in human history. Arc relates that his killing of her was so perfect that it would have been a peerless work of art had she been able to capture it on canvas, Aoko confirms he's the most skilled of killers in the world, Tatari passes up his chance to take the executioner of the TA as his vessel in favor of Nanaya and Archetype even compares King Hassan the original Assassin to Shiki. Says it all really. Nanaya without Mystic Eyes, weakened and fading away was able to rip out Kouma's throat. Now in Remake we find out that his body is actually unique because of the breeding. He has a different bone structure and is built for explosive bursts of speed which explains the ridiculous Nanaya techniques. I think his skill and physicality is definitely on another level compared to KnK Shiki but it's also hard to really even say his eyes are weaker when he's regarded to be the one who is specialized for killing living things and his Remake boosts like killing Roa's legs along with the corridor and a vampires principle which is supposedly incomprehensible to human beings and... is basically something like an Origin almost?
Shizuki was trained with the same assassin group as Souichirou was, and we've seen what Souichirou can do against Saber with Caster's enhancement (Which I am now convinced does not actually boost his strength, and allows him to damage caster, IT HAS TO BE HIS OWN STRENGTH, SHIZUKI TWO SHOTTED AN ELEMENTAL!)
To be frank Shizuki would probably not win against Servants or any of the aforementioned True Ancestors or any other elemental, but the situation set it up to where Shizuki was able to power-flex his absolute strength (Which apparently was far from his peak).
This just really goes to show that if you let your guard down, you can get decked on by even the more underpowered parts of the Type-moon character roster. Or just straight up get countered by highly specific abilities that are written in such a way that's just, fucking amazing.
Have you checked DDD? It's an unfinished novel by Nasu that apparently has characters above Types

A-Ray and Ether Liners being equal, against human sized opponents Slash Emperor did not make Ado Edem stand out much in the war against the A-Rays, something that wouldn't have been the case if he had the ability to "pierce any kind of armor and kill any existence" ¬_¬
It's simply a big ass sword with lots of destructive power, exactly the kind of thing that's necessary to destroy the Ultimate Ones physically, which is exactly the thing Nasu says can be done to defeat them.
Ok but what the hell is a nasuverse?
the universe most type-moon works take place in
@@EbullientSMP why is it called that tho? I always thought it was just the "fate" universe?
@@ivan_says_hi Yeah it's a big rabbit hole, but worth it.

The implications... a bit OP*
Also, thoughts on Altrouge and Primate Murder? They pretty much fight as one, so... that sucks for everyone else. (combined power level)
Man my boy soujuurou doesn’t get a lot of love he is as nasu himself says it the strongest protagonist though how is questionable because of the the story isn’t complete mahayo 2 3 when man
That's literally the reason why he didn't make it. He's just offhandedly stated he's the strongest, but his power is never actually shown
@@EbullientSMP though the statement makes you wonder how he is the strongest protagonists tactics, mentality, ability
This is really the biggest thing I want to push when it comes to power comparisons
So many people forget that pure power never dictates a fight. This whole video isn't about "who is strongest" it's about "who has been depicted doing stupidly powerful stuff in canon"
Yeah we all know learning with manga gudako is the most powerful

Because it was never a retcon, he trolled fans with a pun
@@EbullientSMP I thought ORT was officially stated to be Type:Mercury on a character book they released. Damn, I fell for it...
didnt realize there were people who didn't know who ado edem is
YES SOMEONE AKKNOWLEDG MAXWELL
Another thing about Ado Edam. His sword was said to be not that good against A-Rays. Because he was involve in the war, it is likely referring to the combat focused A-Rays. The ones that are directly compared to a walking nuclear bomb.
I always thought depletion garden was just a better origin bullet
Also thats the clearest image of ado edem ive ever seen damnn
Throwing it out there. Ado would be THE Grand servant Foreigner
But aren't Foreigners from either outside the planet or have powers from beings outside earth? Ado's purely from earth. He's better off as Grand Saber.
How powerful is Neco-arc compared to these guys
Slash Emperor only split the sky, it's not an aura
there are some hints that ORT will appear in FGO's lostbelt 7
so one of your wishes will be granted (maybe, idk)
oh fuck Ado Edem is here, fucking Notes is here
People downplay DEATH. It was some sort of light that shouldn't be visible in the first place.
This is all big nerdy shit…and I fucking love it
In my research into Type Mercury I came across Notes and I wish there was a way I could read it now
Just google "Read Notes Type-Moon", it's one of the first entries
ExtremeSManpig Holy **** you replied! Anyway thanks! I’ll take a look and can I ask if it’s accurately translated or if it’s in English?
ExtremeSManpig also have you seen this book about Avalon that Nasu wrote? I think Vortigern from there could have made this list
@@glydoughnut9432 It's accurate enough from experience, and no I haven't read Garden of Avalon. I need to get on that
No need to glorify me, I see every comment. I like to think of myself as just another equal member in the fandom with editing software lol
@@glydoughnut9432 came from the future and to be honest he doesn’t disappoint he destroyed Lb6 and and could destroy PHH and probably the entire planet
What about pale rider of fate strange fake?, he is quite underrated for people misunderstood that his abilities is only about deseases where in fact its just small part of his kit and he's way more terrifying, can be easily be on top of the strongest servants
Expecting ado in lb7
not having death means that even after completely annihilating, types can easily come back into existance in many different ways because they are the will of their respective planet itself. itf you want to truly annihilate them existance, you had to destroy planet itself which is impossible. it means that they are even more powerful than ado edem.
Then why didn't Type Jupiter and Type Pluto return to Earth when they died? Wouldn't Type Saturn bring them over during their final siege to kill the A-Rays and Liners?
I was excited when I saw slash emporer in the thumbnail
I still wonder to this day if XX or Ado Edem is stronger.
MHXX is much more powerful. XX can explode a planet, while the destruction from the battles of the Ultimate Ones and Ado Edem have only been burning or tearing apart a continent.
What about the umbral star? That thing eats planets. Or chaos from lostbelt 5 that was planning on eating 40% of earth? Though that last one is a bit new.
*Cough* Ciel is High-Tier Servant Level in the Remake *Cough*
I have a questions, can anyone in the nasuverse kill phenomenon like wallachia?
Not naturally, but if you get someone like Arcueid to use Marble Phantasm to cheat, yes
@@EbullientSMP Thanks for replying 😀
Maybe only something like Void Shiki or King Hassan.
Question what's the name of the ost when you introduced Ado Eden ?
Look in the desc.
Adam needs to appear in fgo!
