The Civilians in that area were warned and left before the bombs came. Israel is firing precise attacks on buildings where Hezbollah is hiding rockets and weapons. Iran is aiming for Civilians. That's the difference.
Though I must admit, one could argue that the exploding pagers were close to a terror attack. It was inevitable and calculated that Civilians would also get hurt in that procedure.
Not a fan of it. But given all the terror Israel had to suffer the last few days...if the Arabs would simply leave them alone, nobody would get hurt!
