** This is a nonintentional ASMR chiropractic adjustment video with many, many spinal manipulations, adjustments, osteopathic stuff too, and spinal decompression like the ring dinger and Y strap, I don't use a y strap... I've got my reasons but I'm being polite. I'll let one hang there so everyone can see me not using it though LOL. BUT FR... I do use it with acute cervical disc stuff. still, though, massive cracks, cracking of the neck, back, hips... pretty much every joint, all for the addicts, and the ASMR folk, and the people looking for relief from pain and in this case low back pain, and the people who like extreme...Now it also seems highly valued, that spinal exam/ palpation/ tone video... I make these videos to help people, relax, get relaxing, and tingle from the loud, deep, intense, chiropractic cracks that fix, help, and make people feel better, good, and their best, it's just awesome, unbelievable, insane (Insert Sensational Chiropractic Title Here) LOL

This was an intense session with Zack. Maybe not in the usual sense of intensity. But when I'm talking to a 25-year-old with a congenital anomaly (something you were born with and will never change) delivering that news is not easy. However, the human body and even more so, the human genome and perhaps most of all, the human spirit, are beyond adaptable. Shortened pedicles are not a severe condition in itself, but it will require lifestyle alterations. Like no more deadlifts for starters. And in that perspective, the original deadlift injury can be considered not as an injury... but as medicine to this young man's self-awareness.
In lesser news... my microphone was malfunctioning that day. But it mattered not as the patient's spinal cavitation vibration brought all the necessary information to your brain wave stations.
    Thanks for Watching!

I've lost count of the times I've watched this episode. I keep on coming back to it. The reason is simple: the sheer thoroughness that is so evident throughout the consultation and treatment. The good doctor takes his time to fully examine his patient, assumes nothing, listens to what he is being told and acts according to the precise requirements of the circumstances. Nothing is done for show. There is no 'playing to the gallery' as one often finds from other chiropractors here on YT. There is no arrogance. Just a clearly evident need to do the very best for the patient and alleviate their pain - which is a gift in itself. Thank you so much for letting us share in these appointments.

I'm seeing that I might have hope for myself, injured myself splitting firewood about 5 yrs ago, recovered but just not right at all, experience many of the same symptoms except no nerve pain in my leg. I was moving a log way to big, got near the splitter and slipped on the loose gravel while bending down and forward, I felt immediate pain, later that day it felt as though my spine wanted to come out my belly button, had lots of pain trying to get from a sitting position to a standing position, took months to get myself normal for everyday things, but I will say when walking my toes feel pointed out, one leg feels a bit longer then the other, my feet hurt and I almost feel permanently twisted to the right. End of the day after being on my feet all day my body is tired, lower back above the butt feels sore, feet hurt, thought it would be permanent

That story of the monks melting the snow, and visualizing fire, reminds me of something I recently started doing this past winter, beginning with a time I was taking a walk on the beach on a sunny day around Christmas (this is California). I didn't think about how windy it would be, so I didn't dress appropriately, so I was freezing out on this walk in the cold hard wind. But as my thoughts wandered I remembered a recent moment when, in encouraging a depressed acquaintance online, I exhorted them to "burn with the light of a thousand suns", and in remembering that I also viscerally remembered the feeling of power and triumph and general invincibility that I was trying to convey to that person by using that phrase. And to my surprise, I realized that I didn't really feel cold anymore in the wind.
I figured it was all a psychological thing, like I was thinking about feeling bright and hot and strong and that made me subconsciously less bothered by the pain of the cold wind. But I've also wondered if perhaps it's possible to willfully ratchet up one's own metabolism and just burn actually hotter. I know that when I am agitated, rushed, angry, generally not calm, I definitely get *really hot* and need fans and air conditioning or I get super uncomfortable and turn into a giant puddle of sweat, so it's not too far a stretch to imagine that positive feelings could accomplish something similar.

“Heavier weights” is subjective & relative. What is heavy for one person isn’t for another. Basic science as you get stronger you increase the load to create stress which results in guess what? You getting stronger. As with all forms of exercise form & technique trump all. What do I know? I’m only a 56 year old retired NYPD officer who owns his own business & trains daily with absolute zero health issues & not on any meds, TRT or Ozempic. Consistency & hard work as corny & unrealistic that may seem to you & many others.

If it is indeed a stand up fork lift, he can absolutely learn to turn around and drive in reverse with his hole body facing in reverse. I do this daily. If it's a sit down fork lift, there's no much you can do besides drive forks forward which is fine so long as you're not carrying a load that blocks your view.
