I've seen a few tours of this magnificent home. It's definitely my vibe, because it's the opposite of the super white modern homes that were overloaded on the market. It's dark, warm, artistic, and the finishes are on another level. It's the only home that seems totally worth the price.

Feels like a custom oversized bachelor pad for a very specific client with very specific tastes, i.e someone obsessed with KAWS for some reason. Did the builder get a bulk discount on KAWS art? Bearbrick everywhere. I could never see kids or even a wife in this house.
I find it too dark. The exterior colors make it look run down, But I get it, that is the look the design architect was obviously looking for. Not for me. The Altman Brothers may have to bring in Flagg to help sell this one.
What is this design style called? This is how my own home is styled, and I’ve seen lots of inspiration and similar interiors, but there should be a term for it besides “contemporary” or “ultra modern”. They are always dark, masculine, heavy focus on materials and industrial finishes - but luxury. They are sort of post-modern, and the artworks are usually vibrant pop art (usually of street art, or digital culture, or kitschy).
Impressive scale. The only thing the designer forgot is PRIVACY ! This place is "living in a fish bowl". The size of the entire structure is beyond scale. How do they clean the windows ? This is an accomplishment but really, it is not liveable because it dwarfs everything and everyone. Yes, size does matter !
Beautiful; gorgeousness shown outside the luxury's made of mansion; and beautiful, gorgeousness being shown inside such big luxuries that really 👀 looks like some type of place for vacationing and or for entertaining and or parties, but, I wouldn't want to live in sucha big place that would cost an additional few million dollars a year for gas, electricity, water, and to fix and clean and keep maintenance the outside and inside connections of the awwwwe-someness that I wouldn't want to also have to pay such a big price that's listed amongst the joints advertisements price of which I'm also thinking hasn't listed as in hasn't included the additional millions of dollars of taxes and or other fees of the seller's and or bankers to be added on later to the advertiing price that's really setup for persons to never really own, but, to live in for certain amount of time that so-called seller's and or banker's will setup up for unfair to happen to persons of which act as in pretend to sell place to or socalled seller and or banker will setup for unfair of unreal means abusive to happen to persons of which act to sell mansion to when no longer want persons to live in such luxuries.
