@@plt7915 that's what I am hoping too. And production and availability will affect the cost, but we need to keep this in mind that after a certain time/usage we have to replace battery 🔋. And that cost should also be considered.
People should wait until 2nd or 3rd generation models.
You can buy this as an extra scooter for now.

I just need a scooter with more than 100 km range good ride quality and priced in between 50,000 and 80,000. Who need those big screens and 4 5 riding modes and reverse gear. Just like hero splendor in terms of motorcycles. I hope some company will provide this type of ev in future
Ampere Magnus EX provides that. 82k On-road. Only limitation is a top speed of 55km/h.

YEP, I just bought it last week, was worth every single penny. It's a relief I don't have to refuel gas for my vehicle everytime. Has a great mileage too imo.

@@VermaRajinder yes it can, no issue, only thing is that u will realise the drop of power slightly by taking pillion in normal mode but in sports and hyper it's not an issue

But also consider this, the majority of electricity comes from coal thermal power plant. Which in itself is a fossil fuels. This also have some power loss issues.
Unless the mode of power generation doesn't changes, whether you buy an electric or petrol scooters/bikes doesn't matter. But the service cost might be low. However the brand new parts are costlier for electric vehicles
My biggest issue with ev's is the cost for replacing the batteries which comes to 60k+, if the companies can give a warranty on batteries for 10+years or reduce the cost to 10k, it would be worth cause the initial cost of ev's is already very high. Maybe in the future we will have fluoride ion batteries, that are said to give 7 times the range of lithium ion, or at least sodium ion which being so abundant would reduce the costs.

Bhai aap ke reviews itne perfect aur genuine hote he na , perfect lagta he , vaise Maine aap ke hi suggestion se Honda sp 125 Li thi, ek number bike he , i never regretted. Aur ha aap ather 450x ka review kar do na ,hum purchase karne ka soch rahe he
OLa has a charger which is portable so whenever we are going out we just carry that in the 36 ltr boot space and charge at any local socket as it requires only 5v,surely storage would be compromised and the waiting time for the charging but atleast the person wont be stranded if it goes out of charge!!
Excellent Review ! I liked that. But, Pure Etrance Neo is better than this although there are pros & cons here and there. More Technology, More intelligence, more problems.

Very detailed review.. Superb.. Yes, if we go for looks.. OLA is very attractive, but it has cons like fit n finish, needs some software upgrade, delivery waiting too much, etc.. But plz get some info about upcoming Honda and Suzuki's electric scooters..

I purchased ola s1 pro. delivered vehicle with scratches on further service team towed my vehicle and after 5 days returned with none of the issues addressed but with more scratches. now no one is responding. Blr service team is too worst. Ola is playing with customers !!!

I got my vehicle on 10th Jan and till today I ride it over 3300km. The vehicle is good and the features also very nice but offcourse sum glitches are also there but I think company need some more time to recover it.
But finally I am happy with it😎😎😎

You keep on thinking and waste your money in petrol smart people will buy ev I m using ola since 3 months without any issues. Very very happy customer. Did you face heating issue and the vehicle came to halt while using excessive hyper mode? As summers have arrived many people are facing heating issue and their vehicle is not functioning until the temperature normalise. It would be good if in future you can share heating issues (if faced) while using in jbp which is quite a humid place.

Hyper mode pe 15min ke karib hi chalti h fir garam hoke normal mode oe shift ho jati hai automatically.

मेने ओला बुक कियाथा 15-08-2021 कब मिलेगा मेने बहोत मेल किये लेकिन रिप्लाई नहीं आया फिर मेने 05-03-2022 को केंसल करवाया और आज तक यानि 02-05-2022 तक मुझे रिफंड मिला नहीं है और मेल का रिप्लाई भी नहीं देते मतलब ०% कस्टमर सर्विस है ओला की भाई स्कूटर तो वो लेना जिसका लोकल डीलर हो फिर मेने ather लिया और 20 days में आ गया और बढ़िया चल रहा है

that depends from place to place,also i don't think this scooter has any key with it,what if the screen aka the unlock pad got smashed somehow when it accidentally drops or something,since there is no key the screen would stop functioning if it gets damaged,probably no way to drive the vehicle until its repaired..other alternatives in electric scooters are better

I don't see rear view mirrors in the vehicle which are mandatory. Section 5 & 7 of the Central Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 clearly states that all the two-wheelers are required to have two rearview mirrors

Before you start referencing laws and acts, kindly enlighten yourself on the scooter first. the scooter obviously comes with rear view mirrors, like every other scooter in India. When the scooter is delivered the rear view mirror is packaged in the under seat storage area, which we have to install after taking delivery of the scooter. This particular person did not install them, but a simple google search will show that this scooter comes with rear view mirrors. You can not simply condemn a scooter just because one user has left to add things. Dont be so eager to show off your legal knowledge with sections and acts, even without mentioning the act its common knowledge that scooters must have rearview mirrors, and its quite impatient to assume that it doesnt have mirrors and immediately cite laws. Please expand your knowledge on what you are commenting on first.

And yes the rear view mirror installation is done by brand champion at time of delivery. So is it that even after the delivery the person is doing a review of a scooter which does not have rear view mirrors installed.

Ola is charging 1888 as handling charges. I request all of you who have booked the scooter to drop a mail to Ola telling them it is illegal as per Supreme court of India. SUPPORT NEEDED.

Software agle 2 saal tak bhi optimize nhi ho payega, guaranteed. Maybe 1.5yr later but not before that.
Pehle deliver to sahi se kar le...fir jake parts and components available karwayenge. Battery stations ka plan hai OLA ka.. uspe kaam kar rhi hai. Then panel gapping and fittings ko sahi karne me time lagega. Tab jaake kahi vo log software update karne ka sochenge.
Its like they wanted to give these features but they are " many Naav pe sawaar " , jo ki agle 5 saal me jaake hi refined ho payengi. Well it's a good start but not a smart start , for sure.
Abhi logo ke liye sense karega ki jo available hai uske hisaab se purchase decision le. Ola scooter for the price is definitely more value than Ather. Service and Quality ki cheeze agle 6 months me saamne aa jayegi. Waise Ather has proven themselves in case of service and quality, good for them.

Passcode ke ilawa koi key nahi milti kya? I remember Ola ke launch event mein unhone kuch toh dikhaaya tha ki scooter ki proximity mein aa jaao, toh unlock ho jaayega, duur jaao toh lock. Woh key se nahi tha?

One question. I heard that the battery needs replacement every 3 years and that is a very costly affair. It costs more than 50% of the cost of the scooter. Any clarification?
Not every 3 yrs depends on how much km you run and charge. Lithium batteries have charge life span which degrades everytime you charge and use a life cycle. One can assume this gives around 50000 km before it needs to be replaced.

Bhai...meri Access 125 sirf 12500 KMs chali hai in last 8 years...😅...roj 3-6 KMs chalti hai sirf...and there are many customers like me who won't do more than 10-15 KMs per day...so i don't think 50K battery life will be a problem for more than 75% of customers...!
