Kenmore Elite - Error Code oL

I had this Service Call for a washer that has an error code oL. When I am troubleshooting it, I find out that it is not Spinning. One time it spin without load but when there is load it doesn't. I spend 4hrs diagnosing this. I checked the gears as you will see in the video but all were good. Since, this is a direct drive washer with a motor like in the video. It is like a disk that has winding in it, called Stator. The primary causes of not spinning are motor, motor coupler, the gears and the board. So, I told the Customer that it is either the motor or the board. I checked the price of the Stator which is more than $300 plus Service Call and Labor. Total will be around $600, I told them just to buy a new one. So, I ended up with "no pay" because I did not fixed it even if I spent more than 4hrs. troubleshooting...huhu, tip please.
