I absolutely *adore* your soft spoken videos and I hope this isn’t discouraging but I do find the background music distracting in some moments! But these kind of chatty customer service/informative videos are my all-time favorite. Thank you!

So great and natural; so many tingles. Another suggestion for you: could you put the ads at the beginning and not during the video? It’s just a little jarring to settle into the video and start to relax and then hear the ad blast in. Thank you!!
Thanks Rich, unfortunately I have no control over where the ads go. It really annoys me too. I'll try the customer suppott and see if I can get some change to this. 🌻💚
@@richsouthall1937 last November, UA-cam made it so that creators cannot control mid roll ads. There was a big hubbub about it in the ASMR community. Jonie had a video about the policy.
The only way not to be disturbed by ads is to subscribe UA-cam monthly, that is, to pay for it
