All my life I've loved girls in big puffy down coats/vests or other nice coats/jackets such as high zip collar or those shiny satin snap button ones that were popular in the 80s/90s. This is mainly true when fully zipped/buttoned up and kept that way indoors like around their house or during class or something. I love how cozy and safe they must feel inside and it'd be so awesome to be hugged/cuddled by a big puffy coat girl!
