That is true! I still don't fully understand their reasoning for turning it into Warbands. I read in some official statement, that they wanted to have clear and easy to understand distinction between account-wide and everything else -- and somehow the solution ended up being Warbands. I find that rather confusing, especially, from a newer player perspective. Warband system doesn't really ring any familiar bell.
