- It's another cook off at Bud n' Mary's Marina! Jamaican Mike vs Bean! First I show you how to fillet an amberjack and then we head to one of the rental houses at the Marina. Mike shows us how to make Jerk fish and then puts on his secret sauce on at the end (yes the sauce is a secret)! Bean cooks up another Italian dish in the oven and it's a battle till the end!
