I don't like spicy, so I didn't try it. Glad you reviewed the black bean version, so I know not to try it. Love the Garden Salsa and Regular and onion is good too. Don't like the cheddar. Blessings!

Hey Holden Family, hope all is well.... um not sure if you seen them but there are lunch pack that have the built-in thermos.they do come apart so u can clean them but I thought it would be easier so you don't risk them losing the single compartment. So proud if Lizzie sticking with the karate.
